Milin Impex GmbH – Homejame Platform

At Milin Impex GmbH, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.


1. Notification of Damage or Incorrect Product

If your order arrives with a damaged item or contains an incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Proof of Issue

To verify and process your request:

  • Send clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product along with a photo of the invoice received in the parcel.
  • For fresh fruits and vegetables, photo evidence must be sent via email only within 24 hours of delivery.
    (Late claims beyond 24 hours cannot be processed for perishable items.)

3. Returns Process

  • If you wish to return a product, we will provide a return label via email.
  • The product must be packed in its original packaging and shipped using the original box.
  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Perishable items (e.g., fresh fruits or vegetables) are non-refundable if:
    • The claim is made after 24 hours of delivery.
    • The customer fails to collect the order from the pickup point, resulting in spoilage.

4. Order Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we reserve the right to deduct any applicable:
    • Shipping charges
    • Transaction fees
    • Packaging costs
  • These deductions depend on your payment method and location.

5. Refund Approval & Processing

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–6 business days to appear in your account.

6. Condition of Returned Items

  • Only products returned in original condition and packaging are eligible for a refund.
  • Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
