Shipping Policy – Milin Impex GmbH


At Milin Impex GmbH, our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping and delivery experience for our customers across Germany. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy:


Shipping Charges


1. Orders Above €49

  • Free Shipping: All orders over €49 are eligible for free shipping, regardless of the destination within Germany.

2. Orders Below €49

  • A standard shipping fee applies:
    • Germany: €4.99


Pick-Up from Warehouse

  • Minimum Order Requirement: €10
  • No shipping charges apply for warehouse pick-up orders. You may select this option during the checkout process.


Shipping Partners

We deliver orders through trusted logistics partner including Hermes.

Note: Hermes does not call prior to delivery. Please track your shipment using the tracking link provided via email.


Delivery Times

Within Germany:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days*

*Please note: While we dispatch all packages on time, delays of up to 5 business days may occur due to high shipping volumes or delays from our courier partners, as outlined in their shipping policies.


Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 13:00 (1 PM) are processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • No processing or shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays.
  • Orders placed during public holidays in Germany will be processed on the next working day.


Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is ready for dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address and email are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.


Perishable Goods Policy

  • Perishable items such as fruits and vegetables can currently be shipped only within Germany due to the risk of spoilage during international transit.


Failed Deliveries and Pickup Point Redirection

  1. If the delivery fails (e.g., customer not available, incorrect address, or non-functional doorbell), your package may be redirected to a local pickup point.
  2. You will receive updated pickup details via the tracking link.
  3. If the package is not collected within 10 days, it will be returned to us.


Redelivery & Cancellation of Returned Orders

  • Redelivery Charges: If a returned package is to be resent, additional shipping charges will apply.
  • Order Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a returned order, we will deduct:
    • The cost of perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables)
    • Transaction fees, Shipping and packaging costs

The remaining amount will then be refunded.
